Calling all WAHMies!
As a WAHMie (Work-at-home-Mom) I endure the crazy, up-and-down lifestyle that it entails. I wake up with my husband, make the coffee, make his lunch, feed my son his first bottle, get my son back to sleep, get dressed for the day and start writing away to pay the bills. My income is generally from freelance writing and I thought I would share where I have been successful finding work and hope that we can share ideas and sources. Why not share the blessings right?
My primary writing income comes from Demand Studios (demandstudios.com) as a content article writer. I have worked for other companies in the same position but none have compared to Demand Studios. They always have work, they pay a great rate (most 400 word articles are $15 a page) and they pay weekly. They also have work for copy editors (you must have at least five years experience), title proofers, experts, film makers and transcribers.
I’ve just recently looked into Associated Content and will begin investigating if it is another good way to earn money.
I am always looking for other writing and editing opportunities and found two new sources today. Freelancewriters.info is content article writing and editing and reviewstream.com is for writing reviews. I cannot vouch just yet on any aspect of either but as I learn more I will update!
There are SO many scams out there for freelancers…as if we have the time or money! So…if I can help at least one of my fellow bloggers and readers find legit income then I am all for it!!
Love, hugs & shag rugs!
